Rabbi Feivel Strauss will discuss chocolate from the Jewish perspective based on the book, On The Chocolate Trail, Rochelle Fenton will share the health benefits of chocolate and Rebecca Dinstuhl will tell us about the origin of chocolate, cocoa processing and how to determine chocolate quality plus share samples.   

If you would like to bring a favorite chocolate dessert and recipe to share, then everyone will have a chance to enjoy your favorite chocolate experience!
